This series is beginner-friendly.
No tech background needed. No pressure to “keep up”.
I walk you through things step by step, in plain English, with lots of real examples.

You’ll learn how to use tools like ChatGPT and others as your everyday personal assistant – for planning, writing, research, content, admin, and more.

This isn’t about becoming “techie”. It’s about learning simple ways to save time, reduce stress, and get your brainspace back.

About The Trainer

I’m Adwoa Agyemang – an AI trainer, marketing and visibility strategist, and lifelong “people connector”.

My work sits at the crossroads of practical tech and real life. I help everyday professionals, entrepreneurs and especially women in business learn how to use AI in a way that feels simple, human and authentic.

After years of running marketing, events and community projects between the UK and Ghana, I shifted my focus to helping people work smarter with AI – without the jargon, fear or overwhelm.

Through my workshops, I’m on a mission to show you that you don’t need to be “techie” to benefit from AI.

You just need guidance, a safe space to ask questions, and a friendly voice to walk you through it step by step. That’s where I come in.

You don’t need to be a “tech person”.
If you can use a smartphone, you can learn to use AI.

There are no silly questions. We learn together.

During the workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Turn messy ideas into clear content: emails, posts, captions, landing pages and more

  • Do faster research without 30 open tabs and a headache

  • Create simple systems so AI helps you stay organised and consistent

  • Ask better questions (prompts) so you get better answers from AI, all explained in simple language

  • Use AI tools in a way that still feels authentic to your voice

  • Focused on real examples you can use straight away

  • Level: Beginner-friendly (no prior AI experience needed)

  • Format: Live, interactive online workshops

  • Platform: Google Meet

  • Style: Teaching + live demos + Q&A + practical examples

  • Replay / Resources: Handouts Resource Hub for all participants.

  • Time: 2 hours ( 7PM - 9PM)

The “Work Smarter with AI” workshops run throughout 2026.

The session will run on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

  • …and so on through the year

You only need to sign up for one workshop date that works for you.

  However you can join more if you want to keep learning.
